Project Manager (HU) - Profitshare

Are you passionate about online marketing and keen on affiliate marketing? We are looking for a Hungarian speaking Project Manager for our Affiliate Marketing department at our Bucharest office.  

Responsibilities and tasks:
Maintaining a good relationship with existing affiliates and advertisers
Identifying and recruiting new affiliates and advertisers
Proposing and documenting new platform functionalities
Affiliate support through all official communication channels (ticketing system, email, social networks and others)
Offer recommendations for better affiliate performances
Constantly supervising all partners’ compliance with Profitshare’s Terms and Conditions
Maintaining a good working relationship between the Profitshare development team and affiliates or advertisers, communicating platform improvements to the development team.

Requirements:
Hungarian language is mandatory (native) and a good knowledge of the English language (advanced)
Knowledge of online marketing and affiliate marketing concepts is an advantage
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Good PC operating skills (MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good analytical and synthetical capacities;Good planning and organisational skills
A good eye for identifying business opportunities
Good time management skills
Able to work with deadlines
Able to work within a team.

Sales and Marketing Manager (BG)

Are you a sales person? Do you work in advertising field on the Bulgarian market? We are looking for a Sales and Marketing person for our Bulgarian branch.  The focus is on further growth in sales and absolute revenue and the expansion of our customer base. 

Responsibilities and tasks: 
Overall responsibility for revenue and results 
Identifying and meeting potential clients to present them the Agency's services
Identifying new opportunities to expand the local business
Representing the agency at the most important industry meetings and events
Developing and implementing the local marketing strategy
Collaborating with Headquarters
Takeover of all administrative tasks

Requirements:
Bulgarian and English languages - mandatory
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
At least 5 years of experience in sales/media advertising field
Sales and New business skills
Good knowledge of the Bulgarian advertising landscape (media suppliers, media agencies, advertising clients)
Good planning and organisational skills
A good eye for identifying business opportunities
Good time management skills
Able to work with deadlines
Able to work within a team.
